What is the minimum subscription length?

There is no minimum subscription length. AB Tasty subscription only requires a simple, one-month commitment. From the first month onwards, you are free to change to a different plan or cancel your subscription.

How are tested visitors counted?

We include a visitor in the count for your subscription when they access a page with an active test, whether they are assigned to the original version or one of your variations. Your credit balance can be accessed at any time through your client interface.

What happens if I use up all the visitor credit for my subscription before the end of the month?

Once your credits have been exhausted, your tests are automatically suspended and you are alerted by email. To complete your tests, you can either subscribe to a plan offering more credits or purchase additional credits directly. Whatever you choose to do, your tests are still accessible in the interface and the data is preserved.

What happens if I don't use all the credit included in my monthly subscription?

If you do not use all your credit during your billing period, the credit is carried over to the next periods.

I'm an agency. Do you offer a bespoke rate?

It is possible to become a preferred partner or a certified agency. Please contact our commercial team using the contact form.

Can I access a bill?

Once you are subscribed, you can access a list of your monthly bills through your client interface.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept two payment methods: bank card and direct debit. You can pay in Euros, US dollars or British pounds.
